30-DAY RETURNS & REFUNDS
Changed your mind? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging attached.
To start a return, email info@hexael.com with your order number. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.
DELIVERY & TRACKING
UK orders are dispatched from Manchester using Royal Mail. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Most UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 24 and usually arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International delivery options, estimated times and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
